ONE SHEET MERCH handles all of the logistics, so the artist can devote its limited time and staff to serve its music and not get stuck handling apparel. ONE SHEET MERCH makes high-quality, cool apparel for the artist ... at NO cost to the artist. We build the artists webstore, take the orders, fulfill the orders, ship the orders, and handle customer service. All of the apparel is custom-made on demand, which means there is no inventory for the nonprofit or for ONE SHEET MERCH. No more unsold, dated event gear stuffed in a closet or needed to be taken to events.
We will send the tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Please keep an eye on your junk folder if you do not see it.
We use a variety for carriers that include UPS, and the United States Postal Service. ONE SHEET MERCH offers UPS for most orders based on the destination and order weight.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Payments, and Shop Pay.
Since we strive to maintain a quick turnaround time on packages, changing or canceling an order after it's been placed can be tricky. Depending on when your order was placed, you may have the option to edit the order please fill out the "Contact Us" form as soon as possible. Our customer service team will respond Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
Buy Now, Pay Later! You can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option, and your credit score isn't affected.
We only use the safest payment processing services on the internet. If you have any security questions or concerns, please review our payment processors' security measures: PayPal.com or Shopify Payments.
We recommend washing all apparel on cold and drying on the lowest heat option available. We also recommend washing prior to wearing.

After you select your tier, we will need your band logo ideally in vector format (.svg, .pdf). We will also need your design in a high-resolution format sized at 300dpi with a maximum width or height of 10 inches.
An artist first fills out the online application on the Artist Application page of this website. The artist will then receive a one-page Partner Agreement that is emailed to it. The artist signs the agreement. Next, ONE SHEET MERCH reviews the application. If the artist is accepted as a partner, ONE SHEET MERCH signs the Partner Agreement and the onboarding process begins! The onboarding process usually takes about one month. During that time, we design your apparel and webstore, create your information emails to be sent to customers, and upload your nonprofit information to the ONE SHEET MERCH website!
Artists will be paid out monthly on the 30th of every month. Or quarterly if less than $200.Shopify covers sales tax and collects and pays on our behalf.
Yes! Our promotion cards come included in all of our tiers. You can order 100 cards from us with your persnoal QR code that links to your store page for $40.

No problem at all! ONE SHEET MERCH only adds to an artist's offerings, never subtracts. We are not exclusive, so the ONE SHEET MERCH line of apparel is just an additional offering that is separate from the ARTISTS existing apparel, if applicable. ONE SHEET MERCH iis just another channel for the artist to sell its apparel and therefore to raise more availability, and generate more revenue for the artist.
